The Needle Sizes screen allows you to quickly convert between needle sizes: just scroll down the list until you find your required needle size. The equivalent sizes are shown in the same row in the table.

You can set a preferred needle sizing system (ie. the one displayed in the left column of each row) by following the instructions here.
